Nourishing Menopause: Nutrition and Exercise Strategies for a Healthy Transition

What women eat and how they exercise play vital roles during perimenopause and menopause. As hormones fluctuate, nutritional and exercise needs change—first during perimenopause and again during menopause.

This session explains how to adapt diet and exercise for each stage to manage symptoms, support energy, bone and muscle health, weight, and body fat, helping women navigate this transition.
