The program is called SmartAlice Intimate Partner Violence Bystander Intervention Training and us an all day program, meaning participants selecting this option will not take other workshops at the Summit. More information about the SmartAlice certificate can be found on the Alice House Website, here.
For those interested in more traditional fitness programming, we have our standard schedule of 2 sessions per time slot (A, B, C, & D). They are:
A: Barre OR Step
B: Nutrition OR HIIT
C: Chair Yoga OR Fascial Fitness
D: Personal Development OR Mobility
