- How to apply mind-body techniques like fitness level yoga, breathwork, stretching, meditation, and visualization to reduce stress and promote wellness
- How to use props like blocks, bolsters, and bands to support movement
- Lesson planning, cueing, safety, and music integration
What you’ll teach:
- Non-competitive, calming group fitness classes
- Fusion formats that combine strength, cardio, and mindfulness
Includes ready-to-use lesson plans and scripts to help you get started.
Already certified as a GEL, WT, ICE Leader, or PT? Add mind-body elements to your classes and create unique fusion workouts your clients will love.
